Some 6 weeks ago you was adamant to lose those so called extra holiday pounds (from 2008 mind you lol...). You even bragged that the gym was your second home, that you was gonna keep your hair salon appointments get the kids to school on time and be friendly to your in-laws. Yep....We have slipped ladies, now it's time for us to get back on track and take our commitments to ourselves as the utmost importance.
